Please note if you don’t wish potential buyers for test-drive your vehicle, we could organise it as passengers only. As Golden rule, Orus Staff members are always present on test drives.

When the vehicle is SOLD and Delivered. Our team would notify you to cancel your Insurance Policy and organise refunds if applicable from your insurer.

No, please keep your registration active all the time. It's part of seller's responsibilities.

If registration is running low in days (minimum 30 days), please contact Queensland Transport Department for renewal. (3, 6 or 12 months)

Your Personalised plates are owned by you. So, we will provide the right paperwork to Remove the plates of your Car and Attach Standard plates. Our team could take care of this process if you required.

It’s not necessary. We could cancel your Finance Payout at the time of sale and work on change over figures (Balance/Difference)

It’s important to mention if the vehicle doesn’t have Finance Pending the process would be quicker. (4-5 business days)

Our experience shows a vehicle shouldn’t be longer than 90 days for sale (depends on the brand & cost). However, we observe and analyse your Vehicle’s behaviour in the market and supply weekly reports to keep you informed. We adjust it accordingly to Sale the vehicle as soon as possible.

There is no problem with that. We will cancel all advertisement and marketing applied to your vehicle on the spot.

Initially has a listing fee to get the vehicle ready for the following:

* Advertising / Marketing

* PPSR

For vehicles under $50,000:

$590 + GST

For vehicles in between $50,001 and $99,999:

$690 + GST

For vehicles over $100,000:

$790 + GST

Advertising costs are different depending of the vehicle price.
